    The program itself does not keep up with inventory. Periodically you can not create a deposit for that day even though it exists elsewhere in the program. Customer service is horrible, guarantee 1 hour wait any time of the year, and does Peachtree care? A big NO. In the next few months I will be switching to another program, even though it will cost me several thousands to do this switch I will save money in the long run and no more aggravation. More...

Everything the previous people say is true. Any time Peachtree is wrong, they want to make me give my Visa number and charge me to talk to Tech. Supp. The IL-941 form is currently, wrong because it does not have an option for an annual filer to process the form in Peachtree. The only fields available are for quarterly filers. IL changed this at the beginning of 2012 and Peachtree's form is still wrong. I am not paying more money when I am not getting the forms I am entitled to by being a payroll customer.

I wanted to post this because of my frustration with Peachtree accounting 2009. I used for three months with no problems. Then the software started crashing. I am using Windows Vista with the latest downloads. After several attempts to research why I am having this issue to no avail, I called Peachtree. They state that my warranty ran out and I have to pay them to help me. In my humble opinion, they did something with a update to cause this. I do not have proof but I am strongly leaning this way. They won't fess up to it as it now increases their support revenue to the 1000s of businesses that are now knee deep in their software and would have a major problem to switch. I tried a re-install, tried on a different computer-- even setup a new company to try to start over and yet again I get "Not responding" I used Quickbooks for my restaurant and 4 other businesses and NEVER had a problem. I tried Peachtree just to see what else is out there and how it compares. I must say just over the fact that their software crashes and their is no support unless I pay their extoration fee I will never use this product again. I am really not happy with this and think it comes down to the standard lack of business ethics that exist today. Stay clear of Peachtree. Use Quickbooks or MS accouting or a piece of paper before you deal with this frustration!
